Mini rant: Some people are so stupid. I can't believe the expectations of some people who are so giam and don't know how to have a good time. Who cares if she lip syncs, you should've already known that from her previous performances. Overall she danced well, the set and her costumes (I need a good tailor to help me recreate a jacket, help?) were TDF. I should really put these people who complain on stage, sing and dance for 2 hours straight. They're probably fat mommies who eat crisps on the couch (go KL!)- dissatisfied with life and everything else inbetween. It's people like that who drive celebs to insanity. If the concert wasn't your taste politely agree to disagree and leave (if you must). The world has turned into grumblers who grumble about everything in life. People who do so are up for a life full of disappointment and lows.

5) I painted my nails a lovely Navy while I was "reading" my notes

6) My sister has the craziest friends accompanying her in Ireland.
One word pretty much sums all of them up: Immaturity. So I guess it's true, nobody ever leaves high school behind. How sad.

Because in reality I go to school

Welcome start of SwotVac. I will be spending this week well, revising my work, abandoning my usual online haunts (Perez Hilton + Style + manymanymore) and camping at Baillieu Library. I think my pictures illustrate the state of stress, confusion, and panic I'm in. Wish me luck, I've never been known to handle exam stress well.

These past couple of days have been hectic. Yes I am sleep deprived. Today's architect critic couldn't have been more annoying. I was so tempted to shoot back. I mean, come on, if the cityscape provides sufficient "Melbournism", why are we doing this project? Obviously the site needs help right?

Moving on to slightly happier things. I met Nicole Green after school. We talked for hours over iced tea and mixed berry cheesecake. Nicole left with Michael (the cutest couple ever) and I met Al. We wanted to go shoe shopping but everything was closed! BEFORE 9PM! What late night shopping?! D:<

However, I did manage to put this lovely jacket on hold and I wanted A's opinion on a brown pair of wedges. I wasn't too sure if they made my legs look short. We should never fall prey to trends if it didn't complement our bodies. I am on the lookout for a nice pair of oxfords (above left). Preferably in patent black but I wouldn't mind this one. Plus LOOK AT HOW CUTE THIS UNICORN RING IS (above right). Wants. :(

Tardy

I was late for all my appointments today. Waking up, inspection, macro lecture, meeting with student adviser and meeting macro tutorial. This explains my "safe" outfit. This is not a very good week.



My BlackBerry has been giving me so much problems of late. I think I'm jumping ship to an iPhone. G and I can Ping each other and not waste my texts cause we spend a good 70% texting about nonsensical rubbish. G and I have our own lingo too which revolves around different themes. We were once into abbreviating everything, now we're using Hogwarts Speak (above).



And this is part of my design project (above). You have no idea how tiring it is to cut, fit and paste everything together. Hopefully I get a decent grade. I'm really nervous about tomorrow's presentation for the external architect. Wish me luck!

Okay off I go to do some work.

I saw these on Perez Hilton and at first I was amazed at the lovely picture then disgusted cause I found out it's REAL pigeon then I was intrigued. So I logged on to their website and I know this is very macabre but I kinda like the pigeon range. I'm sure Fahmi (the biggest anti PETA person I know) would love it.

If I had spare cash lying around I would buy the pigeon headband cause what would the world of fashion be if we didn't reward true creativity right? Unfortunately I have no income or a daddy warbucks. So sorry Mr Peppard, love this collection though.

NEW DIRECTIONS!

How apt is my title. It reflects my new sense of purpose in life and a new picture taking spot! I used to have so much trouble finding a suitable location to take my outfit shots. Either the lighting was bad or the height didn't allow me to showcase my shoes. But now I do! Yay!

I would love to say that I wore my outfit as it is out the door but sadly I can't. Melbourne is full of walking and I would die if I had to spend a day in uni walking around in 5 inch platforms. I can't wait to go back to Singapore and do my 3 month challenge of wearing heels 80% of the time.

Speaking of heels, I was in a rush today cause I thought the post office closed at 5pm and I had to fax over my shoe orders (I have a 4pm lecture). How crazy is that right? So old school. This also explains why my photos aren't that awesome. :(



Ooh and I got a new pair of earrings on Sunday cause I was waiting for church and I informed my dad beforehand that I was going to shop before that to kill time. Haha I love my dad. But yes, I wore these with my outfit today.

Alright, I'll be taking a short hiatus soon. Exams are coming up and I really shouldn't be spending my time on the www.

Okay I'm off to dindin. I'm prepping myself to a late night of studying, rushing assignments and making a list of things to buy next month. ^^

Its a boring Sunday. I went to church and then met my dad's friend to collect my cramps pills. Cause everyone knows how bad my cramps can get. Le sigh.

I hate how bad I suck at photoshop. The only button I know is quick fix then I proceed to play around with the effects. I seem to like the lighting one best.
